Pension Scheme
Kalamazoo - Reynolds offers a non-compulsory Group Pension Scheme to which the company contributes. Whilst all employees recieve 1 x basic salary life assurance cover this could be increased to 3 x basic salary as a member of the Pension Scheme.
Members of the scheme also have the opportunity to take up Disability cover.
